With prejudice A dismissal "with prejudice" bars the right to bring or maintain another action on the same claim or cause. Impanel To seat a jury. When voir dire is finished and both sides have exercised their challenges, the jury is impaneled. The jurors are sworn in and the trial is ready to proceed. Delinquency The commission of an illegal act by a juvenile Nominal party One, who is joined as a party or defendant merely because the technical rules of pleading require his presence in the record, In camera In a judge's chambers; in private. Probate The process of proving the validity of a will. Code A collection, compendium or revision of laws, rules and regulations enacted by the legislature, i.e., Utah Code Annotated. Quid pro quo To overthrow; vacate; to annul or void a summons, indictment, bindover order or subpoena.
